This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 9010 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 9010 platform — whether via web browser or mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and the operator of the 9010 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the required age threshold and that participation in online betting activities is lawful under the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 9010. Registering duplicate accounts or using false information is a serious violation that may result in permanent suspension or closure of your account without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address. This information will be used for identity verification during withdrawals and account recovery.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 9010 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
- Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
- Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 9010 platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their country or region. 9010 is not liable for any legal consequences arising from the use of this platform in jurisdictions where online betting may be prohibited or restricted.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 9010 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to manipulate the betting or gaming system.
- Engaging in fraud, hacking, or any unauthorised attempt to access another user's account.
- Creating an account using another person's identity or false information.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Abusing the bonus or promotion system through improper means or in violation of the relevant terms.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and, where warranted, legal action by us.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the 9010 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion, where applicable, is solely the responsibility of the user.
Supported deposit methods include DuitNow, FPX, and internet banking transfers via local Malaysian banking institutions. The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 to 15 minutes after transaction confirmation by the payment provider.
For withdrawals, users are required to use the same payment method as the one used for the original deposit. The bank account holder's name must match the name registered with 9010. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days, subject to identity verification and security checks.
9010 reserves the right to hold or suspend any withdrawal that requires further verification for security or financial compliance purposes. Users will be notified via email if additional information is required.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 9010 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure from cyber threats. 9010 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including loss of funds due to technical disruptions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 9010 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and trade names — is the exclusive property of the platform operator or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 9010 platform may display links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, or streaming providers. 9010 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
9010 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence of fraud, platform abuse, or a breach of these terms, or upon the user's own request. Prior to closure, any valid balance (after deduction of any winnings obtained through unauthorised means) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, subject to security checks.

Changes to These Terms
9010 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 9010 platform shall first be resolved through mutual discussion before being referred to formal dispute resolution procedures.
